Frequently Asked Questions
Are Your Chocolates Suitable for Vegetarians? Our dark, milk and white chocolates are suitable for vegetarians and so is our fudge. Strawberry and orange drops (usually seasonal) are not suitable for vegetarians.
What About Other Allergies? Whilst we are sympathetic to other allergies, and will do our best to accommodate them, this is not always possible. If you are buying for someone with multiple allergies, please contact us before placing your order and we shall do our best to accommodate your needs.
How much are the Postal Charges? Our carriage charges are available at checkout.
Can I collect my chocolates from you? Sorry this is not possible at present.
Can I contact you by telephone? We are only a very small company and are unable to answer phone calls when making chocolate. Please email us and we will respond ASAP.
Can you rush an order for me? We will always do our very best to accommodate any deadlines you may be working to, so please email us to alert us to any time sensitive order.
How long will delivery take? Normally between five to seven working days of placing an order. At busy times, holiday periods or over bank holidays and national holidays there may be a longer despatch date. In the run up to Christmas & Easter delivery can take up to four weeks. Updates will be on the website during busy times.
How Should I Store my Chocolates? Our chocolates should be stored at a cool temperature (between 53.6oF and 64.4oF) and away from strong odours
What’s the Shelf Life of Your Chocolates? This varies but we try to give as long a shelf life as possible, with most having more than a six month Best Before date and a twelve month life wherever possible.
